UI and UX testing

On google drive we are creating a form about the website. This form will have general questions that I have to the viewer regarding the website experience. Then I sent the form to myself and two of my classmates to review the website for me. In the website I embedded the link for the form from google Drive. And now I have the form link in the website ready for users to give me feedback on it.
